Photo of the Week:
“A Touch of Venice” Mural

The mural, ” Touch of  Venice” is named after the movie, ”  Touch of Evil” filmed in Venice on Windward Circle in 1958  by Orson Wells (director, actor, writer), Janet Leigh and Charlton Heston. The mural is located on Windward Av in the building that houses Danny’s Venice – this is the same block where many of the scenes were filmed in the movie. Venice was supposed to look like a Mexican border town for the movie.
