Hilton Rome Airport is best for staying connected to the airport.
The elevator in the courtyard leads to the hallway connection therefore you can easily use the trolley in airport to move your heavy luggage to and from the hotel.
The hotel room are spacious and bathtub is big. There is also airport view and also two football fields. The lower ratings is probably due to the poorer than expected services so do not expect the best from Hilton here.

Best Western Hotel Rome Airport is best for a nice stop over with affordable shuttle services around 7-8 euros compared to taxi of around 20-25 euros.
It is very close to the airport Fiumicino and the rooms are nice and inexpensive. They even offered a baby cot at no extra charge and the temperature of room was warm during winter. They also have shuttle to and from the airport that are affordable.
The rooms are smaller though but suffice for a stop over hotel. The staff are friendly and pool area looked great
They also have vegetarian options if you asked. Breakfast is luxurious and very good quality. You can walk your way down to the town of Fiumicino in 10 minutes, and enjoy an interesting selection of nice restaurant.

The hotel offers a nice and clean relaxing place, with buffet included and restaurant service on demand. It is also wheelchair accessible and allows pets.
The staff is also welcoming and helpful, though the room is small and a little Spartan. There was a good reading light by the bed.

Intorno al fico_Hotel al mare is best for a botique hotel experience with sand beaches and food establishments if you planned to stay longer.
One of the newer hotels and better place with a few big rooms, nicely decorated, good showers, and big roof terrace. It is also just 100m away from a nice sand beach with restaurants and bars. The hotel is very friendly to English-speakers with very good breakfast with fresh fruits and croissants. Transfer to the airport is also available.
They also have a lovely internal courtyard as well. Our dinner was wonderful and the breakfast was everything you could want. Free pickup at airport and 10 euro each to drop back to airport..
This place is walking distance to the beach and you can catch the sunset in Rome Italy.

Welcome Airport Hotel is best for inexpensive stay near the airport with a mini outdoor area.
It was close to the airport and inexpensive. There is a little outdoor area and the staff were nice and helpful. There was a Conrad supermarket less than 100m walking distance away.
The room is Spartan, simple and basic with your bed, bathroom, TV, complimentary bottles of water, and tea and coffee supplies.
For 6€ you can also book the transfer from and to the airport while a taxi needed 20-25 euros. There are no restaurants around though but you have a gas station and a small cafeteria in the front.

For a small fee the staff comes and picks up up outside T3, there is a supermarket 2 minutes walk and around restaurants. The shuttle service is 12 euros.
