Art Los Angeles Contemporary in
January 29 to February 1, 2015
Art Los Angeles Contemporary (ALAC), the International Contemporary Art fair heads back for its sixth edition to the Barker Hangar in Santa Monica on Thursday January 29-Sunday February 1, 2015, anchoring what has become one of the most established weeks for the art world to descend upon Los Angeles.
Santa Monica, Venice and West LA share an exceptionally concentrated mix of talented artists and art supporters, making it even more appropriate for ALAC to anchor at Barker Hangar! It’s a great space for hosting an art show of its caliber; with its contemporary yet charming feel that simply can not be found at the larger venues in downtown LA. ALAC presents over 70 top international and emerging galleries from around the world, with a strong focus on Los Angeles galleries, as expected from the leading art city in the US. The fair will feature talks, curated video screenings and the release of the first edition of the Art Los Angeles Reader, a printed newspaper. See schedule and details below.
